About
Elrama Community Church is a congregation of the Global Methodist Church, a global denomination committed to bringing the presence of Christ to all people, the inspiration and authority of the Scriptures, and the work of the Holy Spirit in conveying God's truth and grace.
Elrama Community Church, formerly Elrama United Methodist Church, has been a beacon for God's love serving Elrama, PA and nearby communities for over 100 years. While our name has changed, we are still the same welcoming Church dedicated to making Jesus known through Worship, Love and Witness.
Our Pastor
Pastor Jude holds a M. Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Hotel, Institutional and Restaurant Management from Mercyhurst University. Pastor Jude is also a Lewis Fellow through Wesley Theological Seminary. Pastor Jude served as a United Methodist minister for twenty-four years before retiring in June of 2023.
In his free time Pastor Jude enjoys golfing, hiking and a good cup of coffee. Pastor Jude has two adult daughters that are in college and a younger daughter that resides with him in Carroll Township.

Pastor Jude will be leading a study based off of the Catechism of the Global Methodist Church. It will look at what we believe as a Church through the lens of the Nicene Creed. We will meet in the large room in the basement Sunday mornings at 9am (about 40 minutes). It will run from 2/15 to Palm Sunday. Open to all, simply show up. (No signup needed) Please bring your Bible.
10 AM Traditional Worship Service and Kids' Church
Volunteers meet at FUMC at 7:45am to set up. Other help is needed from 10am-12pm & 4:30-5:30pm. Extra help is needed at 5:15pm for clean up. There is a job for everyone. This is a ministry of the Monongahela Ministerial Association.

Join us as we begin the lenten season.
As Moms of young children who are also wives, full-time & part-time employees, members of the community, active in the church, & just keeping up with the hustle and bustle of home-making…whew! … we recognized we needed each other to lean on and encourage each other… “to spur” each other on in our faith-walks! So, we started this group to do just that! & We hope that you’ll join us in this journey & we’ll get the opportunity to encourage one another in life & in faith

Blue Christmas Service - a special service for those grieving a loss and to provide hope
To help local families in need this Christmas season, we will be hosting a free shopping event of new and gently used children's and infant toys, clothing, shoes, coats & accessories.
We will be collecting gently used and new toys and children’s clothing of all sizes, as well as, infant and baby items!

We will be having a picnic and worship at Jumonville on Sept. 21 at 12 for lunch, worship at the cross to follow. Please bring a chair. Cost $17.50 per adult, kids free.
